You have been diligent in supporting the causes and charitable organizations you believe in. We appreciate that charitable giving is an important part of your life. You want your gifts to make a difference in this world and to be used wisely and carefully by the organization you support. You want your donations to have a lasting impact or effect toward improving this hurting and hungry world.
The Hope Seeds Endowment Fund has been established for the security of future salaried workers, domestically and internationally. The interest income from this endowment fund will be used for salaries of new staff, increasing our ability to serve the hungry.
Annually, the Hope Seeds Board of Directors will decide how much interest income from the Endowment Fund may be invested toward salaries. The Executive Director and present staff will not be recipients, only international or new professional staff. Example: a new staff person might be added to do specific research and teaching for a significant recurring problem in one of the countries we serve. Or, a new international worker may prove necessary in a certain region of the world to teach and distribute what we offer—seed. The person (s) this fund supports will make a lasting difference. |
