BI-FAITH (SH2 BICOLOR)
76 day, 8" ear with 16 kernel rows, extremely fine quality supersweet, tolerant to Stewart’s Wilt, Common Rust and Northern Leaf blight. Isolation from all other types of corn is required to maximize sweetness.

WHITE as SNOW (SH2 WHITE)
78 day, 8" ear with 18 kernel rows, extremely fine quality supersweet, tolerant to Stewart’s Wilt, Common Rust and Northern Leaf blight. Isolation from all other types of corn is required to maximize sweetness.

EARLY PEARL (SU WHITE; O.P.)
80 day, 6-7" ear , sugary open pollinated sweet corn, also, called Hobnail corn, slender white kernels, high protein (16%). An old heirloom which stills hangs around.

OAXACAN GREEN (FLOUR CORN)
100 day, 6-7" ear; Green flour for special recipes; an heirloom from southern Mexico, unique color ear for decoration as well.

SMOKE SIGNALS (POPCORN)
100 day, An heirloom reselected and produced for it’s beautiful ears and fine eating quality, small fluffs of popped corn are very tasty.
